Only the new, marked-down price may be exchanged by clients in the event of a price markdown brought about by a sales campaign.
Items that have been used or mistreated cannot be exchanged.
Within three days of the delivery, damaged goods may only be claimed. Items that are damaged must be reported within three days after delivery if purchased online.
